So SEA region just has their own Moonlight Blade M version released for a few days. I guess the launch is still new and we have all sorts of bugs and issues. One of the annoying ones is the random crash. This guide will help you how to fix it temporarily before the developers fix it officially.

I. For PC Client

Reason: For PC Client users, the reason it crashes is that your PC anti-virus defender deleted some installed files. So follow these steps to fix it.

Step 1: Lower the graphic setting. If it's too high, you may have a crashing issue.

Step 2: Let the game repair itself. Try this in-game Repair function and let the game patch itself. Note: Please make sure you BIND your account to email or facebook first so you won't lose it.

Step 3: Uninstall the PC Client. If it crashes, it means the anti-virus defender already did its job, and some files are corrupted. So the 1st thing you have to do is uninstall the PC client first to start it over. If you haven't installed at all, skip this step.

Step 4: Create a folder on your PC to install the game. In my case, I create the path as: F:\MLB_Installation

Step 5: Create the exception in your Anti-virus Defender. Select Start, then open Settings, Under Privacy & Security, select Virus & Threat Protection.

Click Manage Setting

Choose Add or Remove Exclusions

Choose Add an exclusion and Folder and choose the folder you created in Step 2

Step 6: Download the PC Client. If you already downloaded it, can skip this step.

Step 7: Re-install the PC Client. Make sure you choose the folder in step 2 as the installation folder.

Step 8: Go into the game. It should work now. Note: If it's still not. Try to completely turn off the anti-virus defender and re-install. Not recommend because it's not safe for your PC.

II. For Phone/Tablet

Step 1: Lower the graphic setting. If it's too high, you may have a crashing issue.

Step 2: Close all background apps. Sometimes you might forget to close them after using them. Do it now.

Step 3: Clear your internal memory. One of the most common reasons is that there is not enough internal memory. You might think you already downloaded the game, so it should work. But when it runs, the game will need some buffer memory to load the resources. Too little internal memory will stop the game from loading and crashing.

Step 4: Cooling your device. The game is too heavy so running it for a long time will make your device hot like an oven. Let it rest for a while.

Step 5: Let the game Repair itself. If you think you have enough internal space and the phone is cool, but it's still crashing. Then try this in-game Repair function and let the game patch itself.

Note: Please make sure you BIND your account to email or facebook first so you won't lose it.

Step 6: Clear Data. If all these steps don't work. Go into your device Settings, then Apps, then Moonlight Blade M. There should be a place to Clear Cache and Clear Data. Each device type will show it differently but just looking around in Apps, and choose to Clear Data.

If you cannot find it, the faster way is just re-installing the game.

Step 7: Go into the game. It should be better now. Tho keep in mind this game is really heavy for most mobile devices. If it doesn't get better, maybe switch to playing on PC Client or... buy another phone...
