Too long, didn't read: Just get the Godly pets, they all will make you strong.

Ok just kidding, this is the summary: Eagle Owl powerful, Bifang out of fashion, Yinglong f2p friendly, Diting mind blown, Chenghuang annoying (to enemies), Tapir underrated.

I'm well aware that Godly Pet requires lots of investment and I must be responsible for what I wrote, so even tho I was very careful already, but please ask in our Discord before applying to your team (Link at the bottom) if there's anything you are unsure about the guide.

Common knowledge you should know: For Godly Pet, aside the escalate of the primary skills along the normal Advance upgrade, they will get more skills effect when you upgrade their Condense Tier (Achieve in Bloodline). For Fabled pets, there will be 7 tiers. For mutated pets, there will be 9 tiers.

ree

I. Eagle Owl

ree

Natures:

  • Tough: Increase ATK and stack it everytime it uses or receives Active or Rage skill and 1 layer of Ire will be added. When it stacks 6/5/4/3 layers (number of layers will be changed depends on the upgrade level), it will consume all Ire and 50 Rages to release the Rage skill of carrier.

  • At Condense Tier 2, it will increase CRIT DMG.

  • At Condense Tier 5, it will increase CRIT rate.

  • At Condense Tier 9, it will increase DMG Buff.

Passives:

  • Rip: Increase ATK by 1000/1950/3900/5850/7800

  • Bold: Increase Pet HP by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Agression: Increase Pet ATK by 12%/18%/25%/30%/35%

  • Claws: Increase DMG Buff by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%

  • Swiftness: Increase AGI by 150/300/550/800/1050

Role: Attack, Support

Analysis: Releasing Rage skill after stacking some layers of ATK, CRIT DMG, CRIT rate, don't need to say, just by the description, you also can guess that this pet is for damage dealer heroes. But actually you can just put it on any hero that you want them to release their Rage skill more often.

Usage:

  • MC Guard: MC Guard is one of the best candidates to make more damage using Rage skill if you don't have any GR dmg dealers. If you unlocked "Sunset Smile" skill in Constellation, it will allow you to deal 105% ATK to enemy 5 times when releasing Rage. The Passive skill "Inevitable Fate", on the other hand, allow MC Guard to make another 280% ATK when an enemy is defeated. With assist of Eagle Owl, they can release Rage Skill 105% ATK x 5=> Trigger Passive skill 280% ATK => Rage skill again, and that's how you make 1300% of your ATK and clear half of the enemy team in 1 round.

  • Damage Heroes: Fu Yunqi, Mozi, Helan Ci, Libai, Zhan Zhao, etc. Put it on who makes the most damage on Rage you have.

  • Shen Chuyin: Chuyin's Rage skill is quite powerful. It allows her to cast the skill "Water Dungeon" on max 3 targets for 2 rounds. This skill can silence rage skills of targets, decrease 40 Rage, decrease dmg dealt and healing effect by 40%. With the help of Eagle Owl and release her rage more often, she could silence Rage skills of the whole enemy team in whole battle. As many damage heroes heavily rely on their own Rage skills, especially the scholars, blocking their rage is like breaking their sword, or well, tearing their fan apart.

  • Miyue: Similar to Shen Chuyin, her rage skill allows her to confine up to 3 targets (Unable to act nor obtain healing or buffs, literally cannot do anything). Put AGI and Eagle Owl on her and she keeps making the enemy team stand at 1 place, no matter how strong they are, if they cannot move, they will hate her forever.

  • Some other doctors: Yes you may not be able to take advantage of the ATK and CRIT DMG buff of this pets but some doctors have very useful rage skills to control the battle while your other damage dealers do their works. For example, Daji (Rage skill confuses enemies), Guiguzi (Rage skill stuns enemies. Guiguzi's Passive skill even allows him to rage again to he can release Rage skill 3 times in 1 round), Lotus Fairy (Poison enemies).

  • Healers: Yea you heard me. Weird combination but you can do if your play style is dragging the battles for 15 rounds everytime. Try to put it on Zhuang Zhou or Diaochan. Maybe you can't win in game but will win in mental fight, cuz your enemies will get crazy mad.

ree

II. Bifang

ree

Natures:

  • Grumpy: Add 1 or 2 layers of Scorch effect to 2 enemies at beginning of 1st 3 rounds. Each layer will increase 1.5/3/5/8% DMG taken (% changed depend on upgrade level). When there are 3 layers of Scorch, the 3 layers will be consumed and that enemy will lose 5/7/10/15% of their max HP (% changed depend on upgrade level) at the end of the round (Fire Burst).

  • At Condense Tier 2, it will increase the chance of adding 2 layers of Scorch (instead of just 1) by 30%.

  • At Condense Tier 5, it increases the % of max HP will be lost from the enemy (7/10/18/25%)

  • At Condense Tier 9, it will trigger the Scorch on other enemies to explode together when there's someone reaches 3 layers of Scorch.

Passives:

  • Rip: Increase ATK by 1000/1950/3900/5850/7800

  • Bold: Increase Pet HP by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Agression: Increase Pet ATK by 12%/18%/25%/30%/35%

  • Claws: Increase DMG Buff by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%

  • Swiftness: Increase AGI by 150/300/550/800/1050

Role: Attack

Analysis: Ok Bifang is quite straightforward. Increase DMG taken, taking more HP, kill kill kill. But what I want to argue here is that if it's effective as it should be, compare to the amount of investment. Sorry, let me rephrase. You just better use Bifang at either Initial state, or have to upgrade to Condense Tier 5 at least to make use of it. Its Condense Tier 2 is quite nonsense when it just increase the chance of adding 2 layers by 30%. Why? Because it will add 1 or 2 layers of Scorch during the first 3 rounds only.

For example, if you are at initial state, each round Bifang adds 1 layer => At 3rd round, the enemy will get 3 layers and get Fire Burst.

If you are at Condense Tier 2, Bifang adds 2 layers on 1st and 2nd rounds => Fire Burst triggers at 2nd round and reset Scorch => At 3rd round, even if they get 2 more layers, still not enough to get Fire Burst again.

So either way that enemy will only get Fire Burst once in 3 rounds. The difference that effect of Condense Tier 2 will make is that if the Fire Burst will be triggered at 2nd or 3rd round. And if it casts Scorch on multiple different enemies, there will be more enemies get Fire Burst.

Usage:

  • MC Guard, MC Scholar

  • Damage Dealers: Fu Yunqi, Mozi, Helan Ci, Libai, Zhan Zhao, Lyu Bu, etc.

  • Supporting Heroes: If you have Eagle Owl, you will find that Bifang cannot compare to Owl as an offensive pet. The effect Bifang has is also not a direct buff to the carrier, so you can actually put on anyone. So if you have Eagle Owl on your main damage dealer, you can put Bifang on the sub damage dealer for them to get the passive stats buff (ATK, DMG buff) from the pet.

III. Yinglong

ree

Agree with me. Mutated and Common Yinglong look like before and after using drugs.

Natures:

  • Naughty: Add Dragon Lurk effect to 3 allies at beginning of 3 first rounds, decreasing 5/7/10/15% of DMG taken (% changed depends on upgrade level) each round for 15 rounds.

  • At Condense Tier 2, it will add Aqua Shield to 2 allies, absorbing 10% DMG when the DMG taken > 10% of the ally's HP.

  • At Condense Tier 5, it adds shield to 3 allies.

  • At Condense Tier 9, the Aqua Shield can even refect debuff and 10% chance to do it once again.

Passives:

  • Hide: Increase DEF by 1000/1950/3900/5850/7800

  • Bold: Increase Pet HP by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Tear: Increase Pet DEF by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Lick Wound: Increase DMG Res by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%

  • Swiftness: Increase AGI by 150/300/550/800/1050

Role: Defend

Analysis: Yea Yinglong is pretty straightforward too, decrease DMG taken, add shield, live live live.

Yinglong is actually a F2P friendly Godly pet. As soon as you have them, you can make use of its effect of decreasing DMG taken. But to be better, you should upgrade it till at least Condense Tier 2 to have Aqua Shield, especially if you don't have Zhuang Zhou (or if you remove him because you have full team of GRs now...) and you don't equip shield skills on your heirs.

At Tier 9, the Aqua Shield can even reflect debuff, which will be helpful to protect your team from the enemy's doctors.

Usage:

  • Anyone supporting heroes: Yinglong's passive skills are defensive (Increase DEF, increase DMG RES), so you can put on any supporting heroes that you want them to have better defend or be tanky. Yinglong's Aqua Shield will cast on allies too so you don't neccessarily put it on your main heroes just to have the shield effect.

IV. Chenghuang

ree

Natures:

  • Timid: At beginning of 1st 3 rounds, it will daze at max 2 enemies. Daze = Decrease 5/10/25/50% DEF (% changed depends on upgrade level), enemies cannot move but will be awaked if they get hit. % of chance to decrease their DEF will depend on ACC of the carrier.

  • At Condense Tier 2, after waking from daze, enemy's DMG dealt and healing effect will be decreased by 5/10/20/30% (% changed depends on upgrade level).

  • At Condense Tier 5, There's a chance (affected by carrier's ACC) that the dazed enemy will be dazed again and go into Slumber. Slumber is same as Daze but only DMG > 5/10/15/20% of their max HP will wake them up (% changed depends on upgrade level).

  • At Condense Tier 9, the enemy will go to deep sleep (Mannnnn) and won't be awaken as long as their HP > 90/85/75/60% of their max HP (% changed depend on upgrade level).

Passives:

  • Hide: Increase DEF by 1000/1950/3900/5850/7800

  • Bold: Increase Pet HP by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Tear: Increase Pet DEF by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Lick Wound: Increase DMG Res by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%

  • Swiftness: Increase AGI by 150/300/550/800/1050

Role: Controlling

Analysis: Ok so Chenghuang is an interesting and useful pet. With its skill effect escalates along with ACC of carrier, I think not hard to say that you should put it on a doctor. Its skill is also upgraded and got stronger very obviously after each Condense Tier and worth the investment too. If possible, you can upgrade it until Condense Tier 5 at least. Otherwise, Condense Tier 2 is good enough.

I will just say about its usage. When you read that the dazed enemies will be waken up after getting hit, you may think of letting Chenghuang go last so the dazed enemies won't wake up. It's a huge common misunderstanding. No matter if they will be waken or not, as long as they fall asleep and let your damage dealers have a chance to kill them in 1 hit, it's good enough. So the carrier should have high AGI too.

Usually people are only able to afford 1 Doctor. But if you have 2 and use Reindeer too, Reindeer should be faster Chenghuang. Otherwise Reindeer's skill will out-debuff Chenghuang's skill. However this could be hard cuz Reindeer is normal pet and Godly pet gives much more AGI. So there's actually some cases that Reindeer can be slower than Chenghuang. If your Chenghuang is at least at Condense Tier 5, means the enemy can go into Slumber state and only be waken up if the DMG > 5/10/15/20% of their max HP. Let's assume it 20%. Then if the Reindeer's carrier has small DMG, less than 20% of the enemy max HP, then they won't wake up. You will need to test it by yourself. (Advice from Snack)

Usage:

  • Doctors: Miyue, Shen Chuyin, Daji, Guiguzi, etc.

ree

V. Diting

ree

Natures:

  • Brave: Add Diting's Roar effects to 2 enemies at the beginning of the 1st 3 rounds, decrease 5/7/10/15% of their HP cap for 15 rounds (% changed depend on upgrade level).

  • At Condense Tier 2, it will recover 10 Rage for the carrier.

  • At Condense Tier 5, it steal 10 Rage from 2 enemies and distribute to 2 allies.

  • At Condense Tier 9, when defeated, increase 10 Rage for one ally.

Passives:

  • Hide: Increase DEF by 1000/1950/3900/5850/7800

  • Bold: Increase Pet HP by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Tear: Increase Pet DEF by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Lick Wound: Increase DMG Res by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%

  • Swiftness: Increase AGI by 150/300/550/800/1050

Role: Supporting

Analysis: Hmm Diting. I have many things to talk about it. It's a weird pet. At some point, you will see it helpful, at some other point, you will see it trash hahaha.

Ok let's talk about its primary skill first, decreasing HP cap, as in, the limit of the enemy's max HP. So you know there will be some heroes that their skills rely on their HP cap. For example, Diaochan, Zhuang Zhou, Zhao Jing, their healing skills all be like "Healing allies with % of max HP of Diaochan/Zhuang Zhou/Zhao Jing". So cut off their HP cap will decrease their healing effect too.

Hooooooweverrrr, in some other cases, cutting off the HP cap will benefit the enemy instead. Imagine if your enemy has Yinglong, and remember Yinglong's Aqua Shield will be triggered when the DMG is more than 10% of the max HP. That means if your enemy's HP cap is 1,000,000 in the 1st place, you must cast a DMG > 100,000 for their shield to be triggered and decrease your DMG. Now "thanks" to your own Diting, the HP cap is reduced to 900,000, it means the enemy's Aqua shield will be triggered when you only cast a DMG > 90,000.

Or if your enemy has Chenghuang, assume the enemies only wake up from Slumber when get DMG > 20% of Max HP, initially they only be waken up if your DMG > 200,000. Now if your DMG > 180,000 only, they already wake up.

At Condense Tier 2 or above, it will recover Rage for the carrier.

In conclusion, I'm not saying Diting is bad, but difficult to use. Like, you need to see it case by case and have a well customization to put it in your team. Example, for the case of encountering Yinglong I said above, it's true but that is theory only. If your damage dealer always make DMG less than 8.5% of enemy's HP, it's not a problem.

Ok TL;DR: If maths is not your thing, just get another pet.

Usage: It's hard to say, cuz as I said, Diting needs a well and specific customization case by case to put in your team, I can't give a general advice on who to put Diting on. And to be honest, there are other options of Godly Pets that have more specific skills, which you know immediately who to put on. Diting is not even specialized on ATK or DEF.

But if Diting is the only Godly Pet you have and you really want to use it, then try to upgrade it to Condense Level 2 and put on the hero with a good rage skill and can survive at least 3 rounds, then at least you can make use of its Rage recovering skill and get some stats buff from the pet's passive skills.

ree

(Capture of someone who tried to use Diting)

VI. Tapir

ree

Natures:

  • Naughty: Steal 3/5/7/10% EVA (% changed depends on upgrade level) from each enemy to give the carrier, lasting 3 rounds. The carrier obtains DMG RES for 3 rounds.

  • At Condense Tier 2, the DMG taken through DMG RES of Tapir will be converted into shield and add to 2 allies with least HP. When the shield is broken, 6/9/12/15% of max HP of allies will be recovered (% changed depend on upgrade level).

  • At Condense Tier 5, dispel 3 debuff for first 3 rounds, recover 11/14/17/20% of max HP for the carrier (% changed depend on upgrade level).

  • At Condense Tier 9, revive the carrier at the beginning of the round after being defeated the 1st time with 30/40/50/60% of HP (% changed depend on upgrade level), bring along Rage and buff before the defeat. But after that Tapir will have no more effect.

Passives:

  • Hide: Increase DEF by 1000/1950/3900/5850/7800

  • Bold: Increase Pet HP by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Tear: Increase Pet DEF by 20%/28%/35%/40%/45%

  • Lick Wound: Increase DMG Res by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%

  • Swiftness: Increase AGI by 150/300/550/800/1050

Role: Supporting, defending

Analysis: Tapir will start being effective at Condense Tier 2 or above. Agree that EVA is a hard-to-get stat and it's helpful, but if that alone will be unworth for a Godly Pet. But at Condense Tier 2, it starts adding shields to allies and that's helpful. At tier 5, it will recover HP for carrier too.

Tier 9, ok now this is what I call God. Not only buffing EVA, adding shields allies, recovering carrier's HP, now it revives the carrier as well. It's not too much to say it's a combination of Yinglong, Peacock, and Phoenix. But after reviving, Tapir will have no more effect. So don't put it on someone who dies too soon please.

This is a very good pet in term of supporting and defending.

Usage: Usually when talking about "revive", you may think of Peacock and putting it on Diaochan, or some healer. Well I'm not saying you cannot but it's wasting this pet. 1st, reviving is the skill you only achieve at Tier 9. 2nd, there is more about Tapir. With the EVA buff, I will put it on a hero that I don't want them to be controlled and be tanky.

  • Supporting Heroes: Meng Jiusi, Jia Baoyu, Song Yu (If you really don't have anyone else...)

  • Doctors: Not the best pet for doctor but it's ok because to new players now, reindeer is quite hard to get so if you don't have Chenghuang, or Reindeer, can use Tapir getting some EVA, being more tanky, and if you're rich enough (or live long enough until 100 years old), can reach tier 9 and get revived too. If you have 2 Doctors and both Chenghuang and Tapir, can use Tapir to replace Reindeer.

  • MC Guard, MC Scholar, Damage Heroes: I hate it most when my damage dealers are dazed, stunned, or worse, confused and start hitting my own team. So yea I won't hesitate to put Tapir on them if there's no other options.
