Fate of The Empress Guide: All Mysterious Person's Locations in Spring Bazaar 2024

First, if you press on the map on top left corner in Spring Bazaar of Fate of The Empress, you can find the location of the NPC, even tho there's no name. Tap on their mark and the game will automatically navigate you. Please refer to this map which I already added the names.

I. Elegant - Benefit - City

In a very far and quiet alley, away from every other NPC, you will find Lady Chanluo.

II. Rich - Xu Tribe - Main Avenue

From the entrance of Spring Bazaar, go straight, walk pass the 1st Lantern Riddle, he will be on the right side. It's Duoyun Xu.

III. Serene - Xi Tribe - City

On Main street, next to a stall selling jewelry, you will find Xi.

IV. Brush - Dynamic - City

At the end of Main street, next to the 5th Lantern Riddle, you will find another shop owner selling vases, Baili Lufu.

V. Beautiful - Pink dress - Suburbs

In the suburbs area, near the place where you release lanterns, you will find Xie Zhihan.

VI. Bamboo - Painting - Main Avenue

On the main street, next to where the kids playing firework, you will find Baili Wuyan.

VII. Verdict - Heroine - Gate City

From the end of Main street, walk pass the City Gate, on the left side, you will find Shen Yuanzhi.

VIII. War Ministry - Guard - Mansion

From the 2nd cross of the Main street where you found Gu Dong, turn right and go inside the mansion, you will find Xie Weijin.

IX. ??? - ??? - ???

I don't have the clues of the last person yet, but if you don't find any other above, it must be the last one.

From the entrance of Spring Bazaar, turn around, go straight and cross the bridge, you will find her there. The person is Lady Bliss.
