Fate of The Empress Guide: All Mysterious Person's Locations in Spring Bazaar

First, if you press on the map on top left corner in Spring Bazaar of Fate of The Empress, you can find the location of the NPC, even tho there's no name. Tap on their mark and the game will automatically navigate you. Please refer to this map which I already added the names.

I. Bliss - Lady - Stage

From the entrance of Spring Bazaar, turn around, go straight and cross the bridge, you will find her there. The person is Lady Bliss.

II. Rich - Fat - Main

From the entrance of Spring Bazaar, go straight, walk pass the 1st Lantern Riddle, he will be on the right side. It's Zhen Youqian.

III. Gourmet - Longetivity - Main

On Main street, next to where the kids play with fireworks, you will find Chang Shou.

IV. Appraise - Erudite - City

At the 2nd cross of the Main street, across the street from the position of the Zhurong Clan's Chief NPC, next to the beggar kid, you will find the shop owner selling Jadeite, it's Gu Dong.

V. Elegant - Benefit - City

From the 2nd cross where you found Gu Dong, turn left to find Shen Tihao in the alley.

VI. War minister - Uncle - Mansion

From the 2nd cross of the Main street where you found Gu Dong, turn right and go inside the mansion, you will find Xie Borui.

VII. Grace - Flower Lantern - City

At the end of Main street, next to the 5th Lantern Riddle, you will find another shop owner selling vases, Hua Meinan.

VIII. Verdict - Hero - City Gate

From the end of Main street, walk pass the City Gate, on the left side, you will find a Guard who's called "Police" Liu Shanmeng.

IX. Joy - Red Dress - Suburbs

In the suburbs area, near the place where you release lanterns, you will find the last NPC, Bu Kaiche.
